Facilitate Digital bolsters regional hub in Shanghai

Facilitate Digital, a leading global provider of digital marketing technology and services to the digital media sector, is increasing its presence in APAC through their regional hub in Shanghai.

The hub services existing local & regional clients such as GroupM, OMG, and Mediabrands across the company’s entire suite of products.  With staff numbers increasing by 20, the hub will now function as a centre of technical and service excellence for Facilitate’s flagship FFA and Symphony products.

Facilitate’s market leading workflow tool, Symphony, assists media agencies in the planning, buying, billing and trafficking of all digital campaigns, and boasts a user base of over 1,000 digital planners, in 15 countries. FFA 5.0’s imminent release is in response to the increased digital media tracking requirements from clients in the region. Key features include localised language support, data de-duplication, and Creative Visibility and Duration Reporting (CVD) reporting that informs the advertiser whether creative is delivered above or below the fold and, if it was viewed, how long it was viewed for.

The office will be led by Jonathan Axworthy, who has over 10 years’ digital marketing experience in the UK, Australia and China. His remit will incorporate the management of existing clients in China, Japan, Singapore, Malaysia and Hong Kong, as well as Facilitate’s growth in the Asia Pacific region.
