FFA 5.0 Launched to North American hub

News   27th Sep 2011

Facilitate Digital is delighted to announce the launch of FFA version 5.0 to its North American hub. This release represents a major re-architecture of the platform, delivering a number of significant enhancements and innovations to Facilitate Digital’s leading ad serving solution for Agencies and Advertisers.

The FFA 5.0 release includes many exciting new features to further streamline campaign workflow and enrich the datasets available to our clients, reinforcing FFA’s credentials for advertisers seeking rapid deployment and greater ability to maximize their Campaign ROI. Key new developments include:

  • Seamless integration between FFA and Facilitate Search: One login only to execute campaigns across channels, and access the de-duplicated data set generated
  • Creative Visibility and Duration Reporting (CVD). New reporting that informs the advertiser whether creative is delivered above or below the fold. And, if it is viewed, how long it was viewed for. Key performance metrics are calculated based on whether the advertising is actually viewed, providing real insight into actual campaign performance and a whole new level of accountability to the media buy

“In a market such as the USA, where campaigns are typically large and sophisticated in nature, the slick workflow that comes with FFA 5.0 is exactly what our North American client base needs. It is particularly pleasing that it comes at a time when agencies are really beginning to see the operational efficiencies and increased effectiveness an integrated toolset can provide”, adds Julian Baring, EVP North America.

Tom Peacock, Commercial Director, adds, “These major architectural changes to FFA are exciting because they represent a major step towards us achieving our longer term goals of ever tighter integration of the Facilitate Digital technology platform. The unique breadth of our offering, which incorporates the market’s leading cloud-based workflow and trading platform ‘Symphony’, provides clients with the flexibility they need because they can cherry pick the solutions they want. They can either deploy Symphony in tandem with their incumbent ad servers or they can deploy Symphony in tandem with FFA and Facilitate Search to reap the benefits of a tightly integrated product suite that extends across their entire workflow”.

FFA 5.0 becomes available to all North American clients on Monday, 26th September 2011
